EXECUTIVE COACHING
Stuart is a CEAV professional coach, as well as ICF accredited, and has over 20 years experience in executive coaching, training and mentoring. His unique executive coaching framework focusses on transformational leadership and high performance outcomes.
Through close partnering with clients, and informed by SHL Insights, Stuart works with individuals to increase self-awareness surrounding their preferred leadership styles, building on their existing capabilities, to enhance performance and achieve both individual, and organisational goals.
Our frameworks ensure individuals have the tools necessary to succeed, and our Ongoing Candidate Placement Coaching supports candidates in smoothly transitioning into their new roles.
